Model Terms I use the Model Terms and Conditions of The Academy of Experts.
Charges My normal charge basis is per hour.
Fixed fee basis is also available for smaller cases.
Please contact me for current rates.
Short notice cancellation charges Less than 24 hours 80%
Less than 48 hours 60%
Less than 72 hours 40%
Expenses Reimbursement of expenses as per the model terms of The Academy of Experts.
It is not my practise to charge for travelling within the London area.
Legally aided cases Please note that prior approval of the Expert's anticipated fees MUST be obtained from the Legal Aid board before work commences.

The above arrangements are normally acceptable to the Legal Aid authorities. In the case of difficulty please contact me.
